About this site

Who we are, how we are funded, and the rules we hold ourselves to.

What this site is

syrarx.org is an independent information hub about Syra Rx. We built it because the search results for this product were dominated by two unhelpful extremes: marketing copy that promised outcomes it could not guarantee, and pages that called a prescription telehealth service a “supplement” because that is what people were typing into search engines.

Neither helps someone trying to work out whether this is a sensible thing to look into. So we wrote the version we wanted to read: what the service actually is, what the medications actually do, what the compounded label actually means, and who it is genuinely not suitable for.

What this site is not

We are not Syra Rx. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Syra Rx, Premier Offer Group LLC, LocumTele or Rush Pharmacy. We are not a medical practice, a pharmacy or a healthcare provider. We do not prescribe, dispense, manufacture or ship anything, and we cannot access your account, your order or your medical information.

If you need help with an existing order, a prescription or a refund, contact Syra Rx directly — not us. We have no visibility into any of it.

How we are funded

Through affiliate commissions. If you click a link on this site and go on to start an assessment with Syra Rx, we may receive compensation. You pay nothing extra as a result.

We think it is better to say that plainly at the top of every page than to bury it in a footer. Our full affiliate disclosure has the detail.

The rules we hold ourselves to

  • No invented reviews or ratings. You will not find testimonials, star ratings or customer quotes on this site, because we have not collected any. Sites in this category routinely fabricate them. We would rather have nothing than something made up.
  • No implied FDA approval. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and we say so on every page where it is relevant, including this one.
  • No outcome promises. We do not claim weight-loss results, timelines or figures. Individual results vary and are influenced by many factors.
  • We publish the disqualifiers. Every page that could lead someone toward a GLP-1 medication also carries the MTC and MEN 2 contraindication. That costs us conversions. It is the right call.
  • We do not pretend to be the official site. Every page says so in the top bar.
  • The commission does not change the content. Being paid for referrals means we have an incentive to oversell. Naming the incentive is how we keep ourselves honest about it.

How we source information

Statements about what Syra Rx offers and how its process works come from Syra Rx’s own published material. Statements about medications and regulatory status come from public regulatory and clinical sources. Where something is changing — and in compounded GLP-1 regulation, a great deal is changing — we say so and tell you to verify the current position rather than trusting a page that may be months stale.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Email [email protected]. That applies equally if you are a reader who spotted an error or a company that thinks we have mischaracterised something.

Not medical advice. Everything on this site is general education. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship and is no substitute for a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history.
